Joe began investing in real estate in 2000 and has spent more than two decades experiencing the industry from multiple perspectives.

His background includes new construction, renovations, real estate sales, mortgage origination, long-term rentals, vacation rentals, and occasional property flips.

But Joe's connection to real estate started long before his first investment property. Growing up in Lakeville, he spent summer breaks painting rental homes owned by his grandfather.

Today, he combines those years of real-world experience with a passion for helping others understand what really happens behind the scenes of real estate investing.
